Miller Wellness Classes


Students have Wellness Class once a week for 45 minutes with an additional class Wellness class every other week.
Kindergarten have class once a week for 30 minutes.
Sneakers are a requirement for ALL classes.  Please copy and circle the
day your student has class as a friendly reminder.



                                
SNEAKERS:
Sneakers are necessary for safe and active participations in the gymnasium. They must be packed in
back-packs or bags on days when it is necessary to wear boots, dress shoes, or other foot-wear.
Please review the following list.  Many of the new types of “sneakers” are designed for fashion, not sport.
        
        
SAFE
UNSAFE
1.  Sneakers with good support around the entire foot with rubber soles.        
1.  Sneakers with heels, sneakers with heelies, buckles, zippers.  (fashion sneakers)     
2.  Sneakers with cushioning to absorb shock.                                                            
2.  Sandals, including sport sandals!   
3.  Sneakers should stay on during all types of activities.
3.  Jellies               
 4. Clogs, including sneaker clogs              
5.  Boots-including hiking, work or winter.             
6.  Street shoes
